You scanned the cube
Hey! Glad you made it.
John Blatchford here, real estate founder and principal, and the guy who sent you the cube. You previously applied to my private community, Cohorts. We have Members throughout the US and Canada helping each other build better real estate companies. Together we manage about $2.5B in assets. I’d love to see if you’re a good fit to join us:
A 30-minute fit call
Peer to peer conversations and learning.
This isn’t a sales call. It’s one GP talking shop with another, comparing notes on our companies, and figuring out together whether you qualify for a cohort. Grab any open time below.
-
Your company
What you own and operate, how you raise capital, and what’s hardest right now.
-
How Cohorts works
Private groups of about 10 vetted GPs, monthly facilitated masterminds, and a member network across the US and Canada.
-
Do you qualify?
Cohorts is for real estate founders, principals and senior operators. By the end we’ll both know if it’s a fit.

I built the group I needed as a GP.
I’ve been developing real estate since 2014, about 50 projects so far. For most of that time, building my company felt isolating. I kept running into the same questions: how to finance the next deal, who to hire, which property management system to trust, and how to structure a partnership.
I knew other GPs were stuck on the same things, and nobody around me had the answers. So I started Cohorts: peer groups where real estate founders and principals learn from each other. Think YPO or Vistage, but only for real estate GPs.
Every member is vetted. More than 500 people have applied, and a small share were accepted. That’s why I’d rather talk with you first than send you a payment link. If it’s a fit, I’ll tell you. If it isn’t, I’ll tell you that too, and you keep the cube.
